Jalapeno Popper Burger

These burgers are perfect for the person who loves "Pub Food" but doesn't want to inundate their diet with fried food and questionable ingredients.

Make these great burgers as sliders for your next party!

Ingredients:

​

 

  • 1 lb Ground Beef or Bison

  • 4 Oz. Cream Cheese

  • 1/3 Cup Chopped Jalapeno Peppers

  • (Fresh or canned remove seeds if you don't want as much heat!)

  • Romaine Lettuce

  • 4 Slices Jack Cheese

  • One Large Avocado

  • 1/2 Tsp. Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt

  • 1/4 Tsp. Black Pepper

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chopped jalapenos, and seasonings mix together and set aside.

You want to make 8 patties with the one pound of ground beef. 4 bottoms, 4 tops. On 4 burger patties, scoop equal amounts of cream cheese mixture, add the burger top and press all sides together.

​

Place on a medium high grill and BBQ for 5-7 minutes on each side. Do not press with a spatula or cheese mixture will ooze out!

 

Remove, top with tomato, lettuce, jalapeno rings and avocado and enjoy!
